Mr. Anthony “Tony” Wilson • Headmaster
Mr. Anthony “Tony” Wilson served as the Associate Headmaster for Finance and Administration in the 80’s and 90’s, as Chief Financial Officer at St. Andrew’s School in Florida, the headmaster of the Geneva School in Manhattan and has served as the headmaster at Nittany Christian School since August 2009. Tony also has an extensive history in the business world of investments which led him to San Francisco, Chicago and New York City.
Tony has been happily married to his wife, Judith, for 50 years, whom he met at a social gathering at Northwestern University where he earned his Masters degree. Tony and Judith have two grown children who live in Colorado and New Jersey with their families.
An athlete from early on, Tony continues to stay in shape with an aggressive biking schedule, as well as playing tennis, spending time with Judith and doting on his three grandchildren every opportunity he has! Tony also loves History and enjoyed attending the Gettysburg field trip with the 5th Grade class in the spring, where he regaled them with tales of his great-grandfather, who fought in the Civil War.
The wisdom, insight and leadership that Tony brings to Nittany Christian School is a blessing! With his notorious bow tie and ready smile, he delights in welcoming you to Nittany Christian.
Mrs. Nancy Eberly • Principal
Mrs. Eberly first came to Nittany Christian School in 2000 as a parent of three children who attended the school. She served as the school’s Middle School English and Science teacher for eight years and as the 3rd grade teacher for one year. Now as the Principal of NCS, Nancy’s love and commitment for the school has grown stronger with each passing year. In her free time, Nancy loves traveling to national parks with her kids and her husband, Steve, and babying her Welsh Corgis, Gracie and Ellie.
Ms. Emily Seigfried • Reception • Administrative Assistant
Emily Seigfried has been with NCS since 2009. Emily enjoys serving in the office where she gets to work with students, staff, parents, and visitors on a daily basis. Helping people is Emily’s favorite part of the job. Many people refer to Emily’s office as Grand Central Station for both students and parents.
Emily attended Penn State, receiving a degree in elementary education and a P.A. teaching certificate. Prior to graduating from Penn State, Emily worked at a Christian summer camp for 4 years on their kitchen staff.
A native of the area, Emily likes attending Penn State sporting events with family and friends. Life is full with spending quality time with her parents, two sisters and their families. Emily especially enjoys being aunt to 5 nieces and nephews. Some of her hobbies include getting together with friends, spending time with her church family, going to the gym, and watching NCIS.
Just a few of Emily’s responsibilities at NCS include school nurse, transportation coordinator, and school secretary (payments, notes, etc.) She is a reliable first contact for any questions. In the rare event that she doesn’t know the answer, Emily can point you to the correct person.
Mrs. Laura Snider • Administrative Assistant • Drama
Laura Snider has been associated with Nittany Christian School since 1995. Her three children all attended school at NCS and when the opportunity to become a part of the team arose in 2009, she jumped at the chance to continue being a part of the school she loves!
Laura serves as an Administrative Assistant in the office where she has a variety of responsibilities including publishing the weekly Nittany Notes and the CIP’s, admission of new and returning students, assisting with the many student and teacher needs as well as many, many other varied responsibilities. Laura especially loves building and nurturing relationships with the students and the parents.
In addition, Laura serves as the Director of the Middle School Drama team where she enjoys watching the middle school students come alive on the stage as the love and excitement of acting awakens!
A Texas native, Laura has lived in the Spring Mills area for 27 years. She enjoys reading all types of books with a special love for historical books, gardening, do it yourself projects and spending quality time with loved ones.
Mrs. Colette “Lunch Lady” Moriarty • Director of Food Services
Colette Moriarity is a central PA native who is married to her high school sweetheart and is mom to twin daughters Ava & Lily. She loves to cook especially with fresh local ingredients and is super excited to feed the students & staff of NCS healthy yet delicious meals.
