Responding to a call of his heart heard at Camp Kanesatake, John Porter, pursued a teaching career after graduating from Penn State. John teaches 3rd Grade at NCS and can often be found in deep discussion with his students. John is also a great help in the Sound Room

during Musical performances, always ready to lend his hand where needed.

John is married to Carrie and has two young daughters, Claire and Lillie. He enjoys hanging out with his family and working in the yard at their Centre Hall home.
